Hi guys my boat rockerz 255 has been delivered to u on 26 september and there is no information till now and u guys told that it will be provided within 4 days. It has been 15 days at present still i didn't receive any earphone i tried to contact you but there is no response please give me the status of my earphone my ticket number is 556836. I hope u will respond. Thank you

Finally u guys returned my replacement earphones. But u have to answer the call otherwise provide another number for customer support. Thank you

Updated by Dilip Kumar B N Product has been issued for replacement on 1 October but there is no update regarding delivery till now and u guys don't answer the call every time then what is the use of CUSTOMER CARE then why the ## are u mentioning the customer support number there is no use at all, please resolve it. Thank you
