I registered a complaint on 16 may 2020 for claiming warranty for my earphones which is not functioning properly. On 21st may it was picked up for replacement and its been more than a month i have not received the replacement. I tried contacting the customer care through emails and phone call but unfortunately i have not received any response regarding it.

Updated by Sibi Biju I have received the replacement product but again a defective one. Its right earpiece is not functioning properly. After waiting for more than a month this is not acceptable. This is definitely the worst possible service.

Updated by Sibi Biju Almost 2 months still didn't receive a working replacement for my earphones. Registered a new complaint with boat, TICKET NO - 1219944. Its showing "product dispatching soon" for the past 5 days.
