Boduppal Muncipality — Daily tax collection from small vendors tea stall/ flower shop / vegetables

Respected sir,

From the past few days a person claiming from boduppal muncipality is collecting tax of rs10 everyday in chengichetla from the small vendors which amounts to 3650 a year.

Small vendors include tea stalls, panshops, leafy vegetables vendors, flower merchants etc.. Is it mandatory to pay tax even after paying the property tax? Is it the only muncipality collecting such type of daily taxes or all the municipalities in hyderabad.. Please take this complaint and save poor street vendors.
