Sir i have ordered a product from online website bodymart.in
I made payment using debit card
They cancelled the order
But has not refunded my amount yet

I am having bills and payment confirmation receipt

Company still taking orders from other consumers and collecting big amount from them
Many of them are suffering from same problem

My order number is[protected] made on 27 april 2017

Updated by Pacificntt on 13 june i also informed the company about filling complain in court, submitted complain in consumer court on 18th approx and thn when i filled final affidavit in court on 23 june, on the same day in evening i got refund of my amount. now all litigation cost i have to bear alone. what should i do next ?

Hi,

I have ordered and made debit card payment for vetoll-xl through bodymart.in on May 29.
Still, i don't received the supplement and follow ups also done with email but no response from them.

Meanwhile i have attached the more details.

I have ordered cellucor whey protein from body Mart company online yet I have not received the package after many day.i paid it on cash on delivery worth rs 3500 through my debit card.the company has answered any of my query through mail and through calling .they don't seem to have a refund option
