Bombay Dyeing — faulty bed sheet | |||||
I have brought many bed sheets from bombay dyeing. One particular bed sheet and the pillow covers are giving away colour. I showed it to bombay dyeing showroom after 6 months of my purchase. They acknowledged the problem but are insisting on the bill for even deciding on the next course of action. I regularly buy clothes / blankets from established brands and whenever there is a problem they replace without asking any question.in most of the cases on giving my phone number they are able to find out the purchase date from their system. Bd has outdated systems where the purchase history of the customer is not maintained.in today's day and age who preserves a bill for six months. I don't think after this experience i will ever buy a bd product. I will recommend my friends and family as well to refrain from buying bd products. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchased this bed sheet from India and left for Canada. I can’t even think of a reputed company like Bombay dyeing can go so ignorant in quality control or assurance. Anyhow I don’t expect much as I am overseas now. I don’t have time in life the reason I choosed a reliable brand but i never knew it wasn’t reliable!
