Bombay Hospital — unacceptable service from staff in night. | |||
My wife has being admitted at bombay hospital (Marine lines) on 17th may, 2018 - bed 1062 (New spl ii) 1st day at time of entering the room we had told the staff to clean the room as it was in a very bad condition, which was not done. 2nd day we have shifted it to 1077 single bed, as my wife could not get up from bed she was advised to use the vessel for latrine. Around at 10:45 pm she had pressed the bell to call the staff for help but in spite of repeated reminders no one has attended her and the reason given for this was the staff shift was changing so they were changing clothes. Guys how can on duty staff change clothes before the reliever is ready for shift. This is #... Very unproffesional. I would never recommend bombay hospital to anyone henceforth. Please take necessary actions on the same as we are paying huge amount to get good service. Was this information helpful? | |||
