Bombay Hospital — worst service by nurses and ward boy

Dear sir
I m very disappoint state to state that
This is worst service i hv been provided in my life.
The management is worse than any other muncipal hospital of any village.
Nurses are not giving medicines on time, ward boy including nurses is very rude and giving lame execuses that today is sunday, you will not get cloths and bed sheet.
Some check marked that medicines given but they hv not given any medicine in the morning on 17/09/17.
I hv mysef by saying 5-6 times taken medicines.

Pls take strict action against all nurses and ward staff else will file legal case.
I hv no words to explain about worst service provided by hospital
