Today (09/11/2018) my relative went for take a treatment in bombay hospital (Mumbai) bcoz of chest pain but we have received bad experience from hospital staff. They are not giving proper response to patient also using rude language. If patients are called to dr. As a "god" then where is the "god" word in bombay hospital staff. I think your staff is not competent for this word. Hospital is not giving free service to patients then why hospital staff is doing drama? If hospital doesn't have patients value then keep one board in front of hospital that you are not giving good services at least public will not waste their time.

There is no cleaning on time and toilet is very sellable and not cleaned, and also nursing departments is not hearing patient and not give treatment on time.
