Hi i ordered mi10400mah powerbank with samsung2600mah powerbank on 5/10/15 and received on 11/10/15 but i am sorry to say that the prpduct they delivered was already broken and is not working. I tried calling but no one is picking the phone at the help desk please loook into the matter..
