Dear sir I would like to inform you that i purchased a samsung power bank from book my offer, but they delivered the dead product, when i complaint him, they replace the product but new product is also not working, so i ask him to refund money but they not response. I have also discussed my problem to his ceo mr jay prakashprakash ([protected]) but he has not respond properly. So please take action against this site (Book my offer) and arrange my refund.
