Book My Packets — delivered other product

I have order a product from Amazon which was delivered by BMP (book my packet) and couriered by Delhivery courier. I got different product other than my ordered product. I have already tried many times to communicate with the company, however I got no response on behalf of the company. I have filed complaint with its site, however no response initiated on behalf of the company.
