I have booked hotel reservation for my self and my mother from booking.com website and i selected sai sharan hotel at shirdi, check-in date 30th mar and check out on 31st march.
Booking.com has sent me email confirmation along with pnr and confirmation details stating my hotel is confirmed and contact number of hotel was mentioned. When i called sai sharan hotel they denied my booking stating there is no reservation on my name.
It was shocking for me and last minute i have to hunt for a hotel in hot sun with my 62year old mother, she cannot walk long distance and because of roaming in sun her health had gone for toss. Ultimately i end up in paying double the price for hotel.
Booking.com should stop this fraudulent practise and cheating customer by sending confirmation email to client.
Why booking.com is doing this non sense.
This malpractice should immediately stop.

They cheat people by showing attractive tarrif, and after obtaining card details they close the booking with higher amount, if you cancell your card is debited.
This company should be kicked out of india or made to work ethically
