BookMyBai — No maid given, no refund

I have registered on bookmybai by paying inr 1000/- on 30th may but they neither contacted me for anything nor returned my money yet.

I wrote mails to them on [protected]@bookmybai.com but in vain. I have the receipt also of payment.
