BookMyBai — Poor Response and bad customer service. | |||||
I opted for the services for the first time and was actually impressed with the website, where I could shortlist the maid and the service I wanted. I was excited and was waiting to hear from them, but did not receive any calls for 2 days. When I did receive I believed that they would send me a maid from the list I created, but that wasn't the case, they had sent a maid who I did not choose. Anyways I was happy because I had a maid at last as I have broken my hand and need assistance. The maid had to cook and clean up, her services were not up to mark and she was always in a hurry, putting off work and claiming she would do it the next day. After 4 days, she doesn't show up and I was informed that she is sick will show up the next day. Its been 10 days, she hasn't come and when requested for replacement the agent from bookmybai keeps ignoring my request or either doesn't pick my call. Why promise customers when you have no capacity to deliver them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
