I have ordered kids magazine (Magic Pot) with order id #3496 to BookmyMagazine.com on 20 January, 2017. They have given assurance to receive first order delivery (my first issue of magazine) after 45 days period. I have called on given customer care and they have (the lady) assured me that the 45 days period is the maximum period and I have to wait for that much period first.
After waiting is over (after 45 days of subscription date), I called again to bookmymagazine.com customer care, they have given reply we have processed your order. No any traces or confirmation mail or SMS given in these much of time 45 day or say 2 months!!! writing this because in this world of we received confirmation of online purchases in few seconds and receiving updates upto delivery of products at our home.

Again I humbly requested that bookmymagazine.com customer care, that what your have done in followed up my order with that magazine office, they don't have any followup email or tracking system. We know they have not tracked it anyway. This is not expected in any percentage grade. we hope this will guide other users who still try to give subscription to bookmymagazine.com. No any reason to give online subscription, instead give booking to directly the magazine office anywhere or nearest retailer at your city or area.
