I have received samsung powerbank on 21 apr 2016 but the product I recieved is defective. It gets discharged in 5 minutes even when i charged it for around 6 hour. I have tried many times to connect to your customer care but call automatically disconnected without attended. I am not expecting this type of service and want immediate replacement of it.
