[Resolved] Bookmyoffer.com — Power bank defective product | |||||
Hello I'm Preetham Babu from Mysore... I had ordered a MI power bank from your company... I bought the product without logging in to your website (as a guest user)... I received that product on 27th april at 11am I found that product is used (second hand) and not original and the product was even damaged... I would like to return the product and please refund the money... I suggest everyone not to buy any products from your company... And if the money is not refunded I will go to customer court for further actions... Below are the images of the product which I received... Please tell the procedure for returning the product... And please don't market fake products with brand names... I have lodged a complaint in ashokpuram police station for not responding to my mail even after weeks...
