Hello I'm Preetham Babu from Mysore... I had ordered a MI power bank from your company... I bought the product without logging in to your website (as a guest user)... I received that product on 27th april at 11am I found that product is used (second hand) and not original and the product was even damaged... I would like to return the product and please refund the money... I suggest everyone not to buy any products from your company... And if the money is not refunded I will go to customer court for further actions... Below are the images of the product which I received... Please tell the procedure for returning the product... And please don't market fake products with brand names... I have lodged a complaint in ashokpuram police station for not responding to my mail even after weeks... i have received the ordered battery bank on 04/04/2016, after opening the pack, it is observed that the product is a used product, scratch observed on body, once again the pack is able to charge my samsung S3 mobile only once after full charge of the battery bank, i am very sorry to say after paying so much of amount ihave received a used and defective product, I have raised complaint having complaintTracking ID: J25-62W-A4J3 (Ticket number: 74422) on 5/4/16 but till date I have not received any information from your end. Please look into the matter&call back.

is it a jock or what after several complaints no body bothers to reply
to the mail regarding the replacement of the power bank.even no body picks up the call in customer care no, if you are cheating the customer, then I will go to the consumer from against the company if my matter is not resolved within 48 hrs.
