No resolved, I have buyed a power bank of samsung 16800 mah. It wasn't working properly. I complained about it, but recieve no response or feedback. The shipper is :saturday sunday media internet Reference no - [protected] And i've complained it on the site. But the very next day it has been remove from unknown sources. Also when i dial customer care number no.[protected] the no. Is only ringing & press 1 2 3 that's all.
