I have order 3 men jeans from bookmyoffer but they send me 3 women jeans (Date on: 20.10.2016, order no; [protected], amount - rs.1000). I have called customer care executive for the issue of wrong product received. They told me my product will be replace but after 1 month there was only reply that my product will be replace shortly and after that there was no communication through email and mobile number but there was no reply from so many month. I have request them to refund my amount but still no reply even cash or product i have not received. Was this information helpful? | |||||
