Bookmypacket — undelivered item

Please refer to Yepme order #34076650 dt.3.6.2018 for Yepme Ashten Party Trousers-Brown 1 no. costing Rs.1018/- and bookmypacket tracking No. GRW397672 which shows that the item picked up on 6.6.2018 from origin Imphal West (a destination address) and destination to Faridabad on 8.6.2018 which will never possible within 2 days. Further, in details, the item picked up from Okhla on 6.6.2018 and delivered at Okhla (RTO) on 8.6.2018. What is this ? Is this company faking and cheating the customers ? Please look into the matter and resolve it either by deliver the correct item or refund the amount.
