[Resolved] BookMyShow — Amount debited for failed transaction | |||
On 20th March 2016 around 5:17am I tried to book two movie tickets of Kapoor And Sons Movie time Raja garden but transaction failed an amount of Rs 236.36 has been debited.The transaction was done through Axis bank debit card.Then I again tried to book the tickets this time the transaction was successfull but the money which was debited for failed transaction has not been refunded yet. please look into the matter as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

Incase you have been charged, the amount is ideally refunded back to the account within a maximum of 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case it is a nationalized bank.
