Dear Mam/Sir I had booked the 4 tickets of Dangal movie as on 15 January, and paid the online through my credit card but my tickets not booked and blanced deducted in my Account, complaints for this many time but my refund not process, according the customer care officer the refund will be returned 3 to 10 days but after 15 days refund not received pl help

i had booked 4 movie ticket on 15 jan dangal movie, my blance has dedcuted but and ticket not confirm, i put the mail for refund and also call customer care but not given the satisfied answer, many reminder send but they not refund my money 12 day passing everyday their spoke change the statment, so please help to refund my money these fraud cheater people

On the 26th January 2017 I had booked ticket for Navina Cinema, Kolkata for 3 tickets and the amount was deducted from my ATM Debit Card videPOS [protected], txn882434 but neither the ticket received nor confirmed the tickets so far by the company BOOK MY SHOW
