[Resolved] BookMyShow — Booking failed but credit/debit card charged for 4 ticket | |||||
I have booked ticket for half girlfriend (6.40 pm) 22/5/2017 at patna cinemapolis p& m mall through book my show online Mentinoed contact no - [protected], [protected]@gmail.com Ticket has not been booked but amount deducted from axis bank. After getting confirmation of non booking of ticket i have again tried to re-book the ticket but again transaction failed but i was charged so total 2 times amount has been deducted. In case of any issue with payment gateway please try to write the same on your site, this will cause less problem to your customer and also it will affect your service.
