[Resolved] BookMyShow — booking not confirmed - payment sent from freecharge and amount deducted | |||
I was trying to book 6 tickets to the malayalam movie "VIRUS" and used freecharge as the payment medium. The amount was charged at Rs.815 and was confirmed paid by the freecharge team. At the last page of the booking, bookmyshow just redirected back to my home page and nothing shows up on the transaction history or booking history. When i called bookmyshow they said they have not recieved the amount from freecharge.
