[Resolved] BookMyShow — Charged me twice for a single ticket. | |||||
I just want to get straight to the point. I ordered my friend's Justin Bieber concert ticket at Feb 22, 2016. Cause of the Internet connectivity issue i had a problem with paying for the ticket. I tried thrice to order the ticket and when the last ticket was booked finally, I thought of checking my Bank account's balance and what i found is that i've been charged twice for the ticket. I called bookmyshow customer care to resolve my issue. They told me that they'll look for the issue and will refund my extra charged money back to my account. Today my friend just got informed through SMS that Bookmyshow is not going to refund me back. Now why is that huh... i can even show you my bank statement that you charged me twice. Transaction ID is [protected]. I am attaching the bank statement with this complain. Please resolve my problem ASAP. P.S. - Ticket of the Booking ID which is confirmed. - DYNM00E8TAD6E0...
