Last saturday i was booked couple of tickets, the payment method was credit card, bt i have cancelled the process, bt the money were charged wrongly, i have message from book show process failed, your payment will be refunded within a week till now i haven't been able to get my money, please take action immediately (Your transaction has failed. Please initiate a fresh booking.in case you were charged, the amount will be refunded to the source of the payment within 7 working days. Transaction time:sat, 29 jul, 2017 12:05pm.
