[Resolved] BookMyShow — did not receive ticket confirmation | |||
I purchased two tickets of article 15 from bookmyshow.. I paid using google pay upi and rupees 413 has been deducted from my account.. But i did not receive any confirmation mail or sms.. I booked the tickets for rdb cinemas in kolkata the show being at 5:20 pm.. This is really not expected.. I want my money back or the ticket confirmation immediately.. Also seats i booked are showing as occupied now.. Then why shouldn't i receive the confirmation? This is not acceptable.. Was this information helpful? | |||

Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days. Also if you have used a wallet it will reflect within 24 hours. I was booked my tickets in bookmyshow
The amount was debited from my account through Google pay..but the ticket was not booked ..the purchase history is empty..
Sorry for the trouble. Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days. Also, if you have used a wallet it will reflect within 24 hours.
