[Resolved]  BookMyShow — did not receive ticket confirmation

Address:AD-357,Rabindrapally,Keshtopur, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700101

I purchased two tickets of article 15 from bookmyshow.. I paid using google pay upi and rupees 413 has been deducted from my account.. But i did not receive any confirmation mail or sms.. I booked the tickets for rdb cinemas in kolkata the show being at 5:20 pm.. This is really not expected.. I want my money back or the ticket confirmation immediately.. Also seats i booked are showing as occupied now.. Then why shouldn't i receive the confirmation? This is not acceptable..

Sorry for the trouble. Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days. Also if you have used a wallet it will reflect within 24 hours.

Sorry for the trouble. Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days. Also if you have used a wallet it will reflect within 24 hours.

I was booked my tickets in bookmyshow
The amount was debited from my account through Google pay..but the ticket was not booked ..the purchase history is empty..
