My name is madhu i booked two tickets from book my show miraj funcity ulhasnagar and amount deducted from my bank account at 12.50am 10/12/2018 but book my show display the transaction is failed... Again i booked two tickets and amount deducted from my bank account at 12.55am 10/12/2018 and receive confirmation of two tickets but first amount which was deducted i did not receive amount of refund of two failed transaction tickets.

Need not worry, the amount charged would be refunded within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of a nationalized bank. Or within 24-48 hrs in case transacted thru a wallet.
