I have booked for an event called Sunburn on Nov 18 2021, and you have collected 80000/- Only through BMS, I paid the amount.
Later the Organised have the cancelled event, so you guys committed that the refund is processed and updated as it will be credited in 2 days. But after 6month even till now, there is no update. You guys are just postponing it.
Because of your brand we paid the money we don't know who the organiser is. Now your response is very pathetic.

Kindly connect us to the organiser or refund the money from your end.
