I attempted to book two tickets through bookmyshow on[protected] for forum neighborhood mall, whitefield bangalore. The amount of inr 569.12 was debited from my account, however the seats were not booked and i got no confirmation. After sometime i booked the tickets again and this time i got the booking confirmation However, the first transaction is a failure and the amount has not yet been refunded yet although it has been 10 days. Hi..I tried to book ticket through bookmyshow.The payment was successful.But due to network issue the tickets were not booked.When will i get my money back?
Aai tried to file a complaint in bookmyshow app but that is asking my booking id.My tickets are not even booked.I payed via bank and not from any money wallets.So will my money be refunded?
