[Resolved] BookMyShow — ignorance of bookmyshow customer care executives | |
I booked movie ticket online for "valayam" on 20-feb-2020 to watch movie on the date 23-feb-2020. As per the schedule, i have to watch movie on 23-feb-2020 at 4:45 pm. Hence, i went to cinema theatre accordingly. When i was about to pass through the ticket checking executive at cinema hall, there the people were telling me that the movie has been canceled. When i enquired about the money, they started processing to repay back it. Cinema management was telling that they have already informed to bookmyshow management. But, i have not received any communication from bookmyshow. Is it not the responsiblity of bookmyshow to inform to me? Shall this type of ngeligance be acceptable?
