After I had booked ticket through book my show by paying extra Rs.69 as service charge, at theatre I was asked show the SMS at counter and collect another ticket what [censored] is that. By paying extra service charge and I am again asked to stand in the queue. Then why should book ticket with extra cost.
I had faced this situation at TRINITY MOVIE MAX, Pathanamthitta, Kerala

We do have Kiosk machine at various cinemas. Also, we are in the process of installing kiosks/M ticket at various cinemas across India in order to prevent the customers from facing inconvenience due to standing in the ticket collection queue.
