[Resolved] BookMyShow — instead of 3d I got 2d ticket

I have booked 3 tickets in mysore drc for 3d movie 2.0 on 30 nov 2018. Once i entered theatre only came to know it is 2d. But i have selected for 3d movie only in bookmyshow. I had no other option other than entering into a 2d movie. Even in the ticket no where they have mentioned as 3d or 2d. I have reached drc reception to get it resolved but strictly they have mentioned it as this ticket is only for 2d. Even i can see there are few more peoples faced the same issue.

I booked three tickets on 9/11 in book my show and amount also deducted 352.38.i got the following message.
Hi, we have processed your refund of Rs.352.38. The refund should reflect in 10 working days. Please check your mail for further details.
But upto now I did not received any mail. I did not received my money also.
