[Resolved] BookMyShow — money debited but ticket not received

Hello sir,

On september 10th tuesday at 4:30pm i made a payment of rs 678.93 for saaho movie for sep 10th in carnival, ameerpet, hyderabad in bookmyshow due to some technical problem after the payment is done page has been reloaded. The payment is done with an booking id:[w7umcnv].. Money is debitted from my account but i have not received the tickets. Again i tried 2nd time tickets was booked and 2nd tie money also debited of 678.93rs. I called to your cstmrcare they said it will refund within 7 working days today 11t day till now i didn't get back my money. Is this your way of resposibility on customers? Its not 100rs, 200rs.. Its 678rs yaar. You care nothing on customers problems. So please react to this mail immediately and see that my money is back to me as early as possible.

Ideally, the amount charged for an unsuccessful transaction get refunded back to you within 4-5 working days.
