Hello sir,

On aug 27th tuesday at 10.00pm i made a payment of rs 678 for saaho movie for august 31st in maruthi theatre at palakollu on bookmyshow due to some technical problem after the payment is done page has been reloaded. The payment is done with an reference no:[protected].. Money is debitted from my account but i have not received the tickets so please react to this mail immediately and see that my money is back to me as early as possible.

Ideally, the amount charged for an unsuccessful transaction get refunded back to you within 4-5 working days.
