[Resolved] BookMyShow — money has been debited on account of film tickets booking without ticket confirmation. | |
On 13th of december, 2019, i had booked 3 tickets of the film sagardwipey jawker dhan at nandan cinema hall for a 3:30pm show on 14th of december, 2019. An amount of rs. 248.40 has been debited from my sbi account, while no confirmation of tickets have been sent to me. When i am checking the site again to locate the status of my booking, it shows my selected seats to be available for further booking. This is an undesired and extremely disgusting on the part of this company to have allowed all monetary transaction without giving any service to the customer. I do demand a refund (Rs. 248.40) from this organization, for breaking the trust of a consumer. Was this information helpful? | |

Ideally, the amount charged with the unsuccessful transaction will be refunded in 4-5 working days for privatized bank and 10 working days for the nationalized bank. In case of the amount paid using a UPI app, it should reflect within the next 3-4 working days. The amount paid through the wallet will be refunded within the next 24 hours.
