[Resolved] BookMyShow — Money is debited but stil not recieved the tickets

Money is debited from the account immediately but tickets nowhere.! i am feed up of calling you guys ! Whenever we call you your phones are busy!!! like for a call we do spend some amount on you guys atleast think for that!
ojn 29 dec i booked tickets for dangal immediately after that my amount was deducted from the bank but still not recived the refund money! how many times do i have to buzz you ! please help

I had booked 4 tickets for sunburn ft david guetta concert in bangalore. The event was cancelled. When I asked BookMyShow, it says the event organisers have not given them any information about the event being cancelled. Help!

Ideally the amount does hit the account within 5-7 working days or 10 working days in case of nationalized bank.

You may note down the reversal code 9677881291270100.

Please quote the above mentioned reference code to your bank and then cross check the same with your updated bank statement for the mentioned period and assist us with the screenshot of the statement in case of any discrepancies. ( on helpdesk@bookmyshow.com )
