[Resolved]  BookMyShow — money was debited from my account twice to big tree entertainment but not received booking confirmation

On 17/11/17 i was trying to book two tickets of india vs shri lanka 2nd test match which is going to be on 24th november to 28th november at nagpur. Firstly i tried to pay by my fathers debit card o[censored]nion bank. It was showing unsuccesfull... Then i tried to pay by my sbi net banking... It was also showing unsuccesfull to book. When i checked... Both time, the transacting was happening, rs. 521 was debited from union bank account and also rs.521 was debited through sbi net banking to big tree entertainment pvt ltd.

The resolution i am expecting is the booking confirmation and the match tickets as well. Also the refund of extra paid money of rs 521 to my sbi account

Pls do take the suitable action as early as possible... I want to enjoy the match live!

I was book online ticket dated[protected].28 pm for firngi movie relies on[protected] and my booking for date[protected] in smruti cinema nagpur but my booking I'd is wrong so pls return my cash 203 rs

Every time i open bookmyshow app it shows " something went wrong. We cant reach our servers at the moment . Please try again later. " I have been receving this for the ast 3 days. Kindly solve this issue. I even reinstalled, logged out, logged in and few all stuffs.
