[Resolved] BookMyShow — no option of cancelling booked tickets | |||||
We have booked 5 movie tickets of cost around inr 1200 (Booking id wn7xn99) but unfortunately 1 of the person felt sick and we were no more in a position to enjoy the show. We thought to cancel /postpone the date. Surprisingly, there is no option in the app and book my show was not supporting this in their customer facing business model. If it not addressed with proper reason, we have to reach to consumer forum/any governing body. Was this information helpful? | |||||

From using [protected], unfortunately when I was my visa debit card payment failed and I quit the website but after some time., 15 Mint, I got message from my bank rs. 218.4 deducted using card swipe.
How I get my payment refund/back.
