[Resolved] BookMyShow — Paid through freecharge money deducted but no confirmation of tickets

Hi,
I have booked two tickets for Movie:Om nano venkatesaya for Feb 11th Mrng 11:30 Show @ Casino cinemas through BookMyShow App and paid through FreeCharge and order id is as below
MOBAND[protected] for amount 112.5 0, i received a message for the money deduction but haven't received any confirmation on tickets.

Please look into this issue as early as possible...

I have booked the movie ticket on 05.02.2017 with Booked ID JCMN0CFC5111GF for 07.02.2017. Due to mistake i was required for 05.02.2017 but booked for 07.02.2017. Kindly cancel the movie ticket.

Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold.

Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end.

Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.
