[Resolved] BookMyShow — Payment not received/refund | |||
Sir, I booked movie ticket through BMSHOW for Dangal show on dtd 14 Jan 17 .I got message regarding confirmation of ticket but after 40 minute, I got one more message regarding failure of payment. Amount Rs.624.00 has been deducted from my account .I tried to talk at customer care no on same day. but it was so long engaged, I wrote at helpdesk regarding refund before 5 hour from starting of Movie. but no response. Yesterday I made a call again regarding refund of money, executive told that my ticket was confirmed .Due to BMSHOW’s system fault and poor services, I missed the Movie .I want to refund my full amount .
