BookMyShow — Please refund my money because transaction declined

I am Balram Jakhar advocate from Jaipur and I had book 7 Tickets of bahubalis night show in sunny trade center Inox Jaipur datedy28 th April time 10.15 pm through my net banking of my sbi account but unfortunately tickets was not booked transaction declined and rs 2076 debited from my account. Please refund my money back. It's not first time I trusted bms app but it's annoying these days procedure of refund is not transparent.
