[Resolved] BookMyShow — refund for failed payment

I booked a ticket for movie majili in inox mall (12pm show april 6th 2019) on thursday, at chennai, at first transaction my had been debited and i got no confirmation of ticket. So i did the transaction once again and the second time the ticket got booked but my first transaction money hadn't yet refunded. Plzz refund my money..
