BookMyShow — refund for failed ticket confirmation

I have booked a ticket on the date of 4april 2019 for the movie majili in Chennai for the show on 6apeil 2019 12pm. I used internet banking for the payment ... The money got debited but I didn't get any ticket confirmation..and also it's been more than a week now and I haven't got any refund...pls refund my money...
