[Resolved]  BookMyShow — refund for the debited amount due to canceled transaction

I had booked 6tickets for avengers endgame 26th 11.50am show on 21st april worth amount of 1468rupees. When i booked the tickets, it showed me as transaction failed. This will reflect on my bank account within 10days on my account. It has been now 13days till now i haven't got the money. I am fedup calling to the customer care of bookmyshow. They even give me an sms that the money should be in my account till now. But the money is still not in my account.

Money was Debited and bookmyshow mailed me that they will initiate the refund for the tickets and This will reflect on my bank account within 10days on my account. It has been now 13days till now i haven't got the money. I am fedup calling to the customer care of bookmyshow. They even give me an sms that the money should be in my account till now. But the money is still not in my account.

Sorry for the in convince.i want take my complaint back
I have completed my transaction to get eligible for Book my show voucher of Rs.350. I got code BS350 but while i applying it is shown that vocher got expiry. So how is it so. I have already complaint but no reply from ur team.
