[Resolved] BookMyShow — Refund needed | |||||
Dear Sir/Maam, I have tried to book movie tickets through freecharge via book my show app on 1st january 2016. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. Also I got 100 Rs as a promotional offer in my freechrage wallet. I got a message from book my show that refund of Rs 421 has been initiated and will be backed soon, but i didn't get my money back.
