I had pre-booked 2 tickets of 'bahubali 2 the conclusion' of 28th April, Friday, on 22/04/17. However no confirmation was received till today even though regular booking is started from today(25/04/2017). What is the meaning of pre-booking in such instances. I've booked my tickets through regular booking and I want to cancel pre-booking tickets and want my refund of INR 1180 back.

Another issue is all the help line numbers are either switched off or not reachable. Even not getting reply of my complaint email. How to contact you in such situations? Very pathetic services...
