Dear concern person,

I have done the booking of raabta movie show for 11/june/2017, but i think by mistake it has been booked for 9 /june /2017, so i want the refund of my rs.1566 but they are not giving that refund they are saying that it is not their policy, but this is very big amount

Please help me on this..

We would love to assist you with your query and it is always our pleasure to provide you with exceptional customer service.

Unfortunately, when a booking is confirmed on our website, the seats are reserved at the cinema and are deemed sold.

Since online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded from our end.

Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed.

Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets.

I booked 4 tickets of Super Singh Movie at Cinepollis MBD Mall, Ludhiana on 24 June 2017, for Rs.928.24, Booking ID - W3NE9BA but within 10 miniutes tickets werre cancelled by your site & message recieved that amount will be refunded to you with in 7 working days but not recieved till date. Kindly Refund earliest.

Pathetic Services it's better to book from counter instead of there app. They don't have policy to refund WTF .I booked ticket but they are not refund as I selected date mistakenly .

Don't use this aap .
