[Resolved] BookMyShow — refund of movie tickets amount which is deducted from my account but didn't get any confirmation | |||
I filed a complaint against book my show for refund my wrongly deducted amount, they said with in 10 days the refund will be done. I filed a complaint on 14th july now date is 26th july.. Still no response about my complaint status. This is very bad experience and also the reputation of the organization further reduced with these type of experiences to the customers..
